From the East or West on the NYS Thruway (Route 90).
From either direction on the New York State Thruway (Route 90), get off at exit 35 - Carrier Circle. Go halfway around Carrier Circle to go south onto Thompson Road. Steps Plus is approximately 1/2 mile south of Carrier Circle on Thompson Road, on the right (west) side of the road. Steps Plus has a brick-front building set back only about 15 feet from the road and is just past the 3rd stop light coming from Carrier Circle. We are across from Dunkin' Donuts & JPW Fabricating. A Steps Plus sign is on the side of our building.

From the East or West on Interstate 690
From either direction on Route 690, on the eastern side of Syracuse, get off Route 690 at exit #16N to head north on Thompson Road. Steps Plus has a brick-front building on the left (west) that is set back only about 15 feet from the road just before the 6th traffic light (approx. 1.4 miles from the Route 690 exit). We are across from Dunkin' Donuts & JPW Fabricating, before you get to Carrier Circle. A Steps Plus sign is on the side of our building.

From the North or South.
From either direction on Interstate Rt. 81, in the center of Syracuse, exit onto Rt. 690 East. On Rt.690 East, go past two exits, then stay in the right lane to get onto the Thompson Rd./Bridge St.exit. Once on the exit ramp, get off at the 2nd ramp exit, #16N to get on Thompson Road heading north. Steps Plus has a brick-front building on the left (west)that is set back only about 15 feet from the road just before the 6th traffic light (approx. 1.4 miles from the Route 690 exit). We are across from Dunkin' Donuts & JPW Fabricating, before you get to Carrier Circle. A Steps Plus sign is on the side of our building.
